1961年,肖显盛出生于野三关镇的一个小山村。少年时代的他,在贫瘠的土地上埋下了知识改变命运的种子。1979年,他以优异成绩考入恩施财校巴东分校,成为那个年代少有的"跳出农门"的中专生。毕业后,他在国营商贸企业一干就是二十年,从出纳到主管会计,从办公室主任到业务骨干,用算盘珠子和账本练就了严谨细致的职业品格。

In 1961, Xiao Xiansheng was born in a small mountain village in Yesanguan Town. In his youth, he planted the seeds of knowledge that changed his destiny on the barren land. 加油站的三次升级改造见证着他的匠心:2012年加油站进行了全面换新标准化改造,安装加油机数据管理平台,2017年油气回收双层罐储油罐区改造,安装液位计,2019年引进智能加油机和罩棚换新改造,使用智慧管理收款平台。如今,红鹰加油站已成为鄂西地区颇具规模的成品油供应站,带动8余名下岗职工就业,年纳税额达30多万元。正如他所言:"把小事做到极致,就是了不起的大事。"
